Make Canada neutral in most conflicts

There are 2 resaons why I make this petition:

1. The Ukrainian crisis: The ukrainian crisis started with Russia's annexation of Crimea, or did it? Claims all over the world and from variable sources tell that Ukraine's former government got removed by a coup d'état made by neo-nazis backed by the US/NATO. And that group of neo-nazis used to support Hitler in ww2. They told SS officers the where about of a lot of russian jews. Today they are a political faction named the svoboda. These claims are supported by the following facts: 1. The US/NATO helped Al-Quaeda into power in the Soviet war in Afghanistan which was aginst Russia. 2. Some of NATO's members didn't signed the petition to fight neo-nazism including Canada.

2. The Palestine-Israeli border conflict: I don't think that Canada should get involved in this conflict, due to the fact that if one wins the other loses their land.
