Mandated Three-Phase Plan To Permanently "Fix" The U.S. Social Security Program

1: Immediately abolish the current "Fleecing American Taxpayers" free-for-


life "Retirement Pension" and "Health Insurance" plans; which presently such


unjustified immoral exclusiveness favoritism benefits all U.S. Congress mem-bers, the U.S. Executive Leadership and Cabinet members.





2: Replace that obscene criminal scam by immediately putting all such


Government officials on the current payroll-deduction pay-as-you-go 1935-


enacted "Social Security Insurance-Annuity Program" along with its "Medicare


Health Insurance Program"; both of which all b o n a f i d e registered American citizens (only) are entitled recipients. Remember the true axiom:


"What's f a i r and g o o d for the goose, is f a i r and g o o d


for the gander."





(a.) Require each Government enrollee to make a one-time retroactive


lump-sum payroll-deduction "restitution" payment to the Social Security


Administration for all those years they had a "free-loading ride" at


taxpayer's expense -- including prorated interest and inflation-factor


monetary amounts.





(b.) Both the "restitution" and the "pay-as-you-go" Social Security


mandates would also apply to all currently retired (and still alive)


U.S. Government officials (including spousal death-benefit recipients).





3: Then every American citizen sit back, with intense "watch-dog" scrutiny,


and see how rapidly the entire Social Security System is permanently "fixed"


and "improved" -- and the "pork-barrel embezzelments" for special-interest


programs, from the Social Security Trust Fund -- and all its other current and future potential inequities eliminated!!
