The treatment Michael Takasaki has received from Canadian Tire; Theo Vandergrift, Adjuster, Crawford Adjusters Canada Inc; and Jeffrey L. Noblin, Risk Management, Salton USA in the course of his claim regarding The Exploding Toastmaster is a disgrace. To refuse to deal professionally, respectfully and ethically with Mr. Takasakis claim shows us the low regard with which Canadian Tire, its representatives, and its suppliers hold Canadian Tire's customers.
We, the undersigned, express our disapproval of the conduct of Canadian Tire; Theo Vandergrift, Adjuster, Crawford Adjusters Canada Inc; and Jeffrey L. Noblin, Risk Management, by electing to make the next purchase we would ordinarily make at Canadian Tire at one of its competitors, thereby denying Canadian Tire of revenue it ordinarily would have received had it chosen to deal with Mr. Takasaki in a reasonable manner.
