Minors Should Be Allowed to Have Library Cards

It is an injustice that people under the age 18 cannot have a Washington State Library Card. It is a PUBLIC library. They should not be able to single out any one group. There is so much knowledge that is being kept from the minors of Washington State. The library runs on taxes. Minors pay sales tax. We pay for this library we should all own it and be granted access and full use of it.
