MNI Masquerade Ball Petition

To the members of MNI (MuggleNet Interactive), I declare that this petition be used to try and get a Masquerade Ball for Halloween. Its date would be between October 28th through November 2nd. I would enjoy the ability to use the Great Hall like we did with the Birthday Ball. I'm going to try and get as many signatures as possible. The Ball will be ALL 100\% Role-Play.
