"I think that adding a second car could work. Since the Northbound 7:58 at Moutain View is usually full,cyclists at MV 7:58 would regularly line up at the 2nd bikecar's spot. Thanks. I'm sure you know that there are often 12 bikes left behind at MV 7:58."
