Motorola E815

As we discussed in our phone conversation I have started this petition to allow you to see that the issues with the Motorola E815 that we discussed and will be listed below are real and not just happening to a few or in a specific location or batch of phones.







The following is a list of the major issues that are happening nationally with owners of the E815:















1. Echo Problem- when using a Bluetooth headset of any make or model the person you are talking to will hear an echo of themselves on their end of the conversation. This has been tested and it does not matter whether the receiving party is on a landline or a mobile.







2. Echo Problem Pt.2- when using the speakerphone you have the same echo effect as described above. However I thought I would mention that there is a small belief that if you reset your phone and do not use obeymoto but hand dial the number you lessen your chance of getting the echo.







3. Alarm Clock- the alarm feature will not function properly if it is interrupted by an unread text message or unviewed missed call. The alarm will not go off until after the unread text message or missed call has been viewed regardless of how much time has past from the time it was set to go off.























I am sure that these are not the only flaws in the phone but these are definitely the major issues that myself and as you can see by my attached signatures many others have as well. This is the superior phone on the market and I would just like to see some action taken on fixing the items mentioned above.







I have gone through four e815s and even sent my personal phone into your Ft.Worth center trying to solve these issue with my only response from Motorola being that the phone has no problems but just in case here is a new one.







I am sending you this along with as many electronic signatures as I could collect over the weekend to make you and whomever else it concerns aware that these issues are real and need to be addressed.
