We, the users of neopets.com, are not happy with the rulings on your site, neopets.com. A few of us have been wrongfully frozen while others get away with violating your rules unnoticed. We request that you should monitor your boards carefully and warn those that have not followed your rules. I, myself, have been frozen because I have asked about this thing the users call, neoprom and I got frozen. I got really upset for being frozen for asking what a neoprom was, I would understand that I got frozen for saying anything inappropriate, but for asking what a neoprom was, that isnt that inappropriate. I have seen something similar to a neoprom. These neoparties have caused conflicts against one another and Im sure youve taken notice of that. Also, there have been some other types of parties out there, there have been make out rooms where the whole purpose is to get close, really close with the opposite gender. I would like to see that you clean up your boards from all this filth I have seen while I was still around. These things include: neoprom, neoparties, make-out rooms anyone posting any content that talks about anyone being pregnant, just had sex, or anything that hasnt been noticed that should be noticed.
I (riddler88) am 18, and I have noticed that you do have an age group for adults on your site. I would like to see an adult chat room that ONLY adults can chat on, I am sick of seeing kids much younger than me getting away with talking about inappropriate subjects, and young adults, such as me, get frozen for talking about either current events, or any other topic. The adult chat room will have rules; the rules should not limit our freedom of speech. If it would be possible that you have an older teen/young adult board to be added onto your message boards. I understand that if the older teens or young adults misuse the boards, they will be frozen.
If it would be possible, if you can unfreeze my account riddler88, and those you have frozen that were frozen unnecessarily. If you cannot unfreeze my account and some of the others, then would it be possible that you email the user why they have been frozen? The email to the owner of the frozen account should include: what word or words they have said EXACTLY WORD FOR WORD, or what they have done in order to have been frozen in the first place. Being told that you have violated rule number 2 and then listing the rule is not acceptable reason to freeze anyone.
We hope that you consider this as a helpful hint from your loyal users. We hope that you will change and improve your site for the better. We like using your site of neopets.com to keep in touch with our friends and everyone else, but we do NOT like your strict rules and how you freeze people for some odd reasons.
