Nerf Radiance

After recent nerf on Radiance burn damage (40 to 35) I decided to make a petition to reverse the change. We all know that Radiance was never overpowered or oversued item, and 1550 gold is good price for what it used to give. 5 damage difference may not be so crusal, but helps a lot in farming. It is unfair to nerf it just because one (1) new hero can easily become powerful with it (altought Alchemist isn't so good at all, he is unable to kill due to lack of good disable, slow or ms boost).

Bring back old Radiance.
