Nerf the Jedi

The current state of the game is depressing. It is coming down to this... If you don't have a Jedi, you might as well a) just be a crafter b) uninstall.

Here is what I am talking about... Every server is now infested with Jedi's, running around and being bullies of the galaxies. Hogging mob spots, dungeons, etc. Normal players can't even compete in many places because the Jedi have far more power, kill things far faster and in most cases come with an jackass attitude.

PVP? What's that you say? Bounty Hunters? The fact of the matter is, many powerful Jedi's are using their abilities to gank regular members who just want to PVP, but guess what? THEY CAN'T NOW... The only profession that can control a Jedi is another Jedi. Everything else does not stand a chance. And anytime a group of non-Jedi's start to get the upper hand in a battle with a jedi, you know what happens? /forcerun3.

Not to mention continuity is out the window, are we playing Jedi Academy Online? When I bought the game I was excited because it was CLASSIC ERA SW... there is nothing classic about this now. I know I know, the devs have said continuity is no longer important, they are just trying to make the game fun... FUN FOR WHO??? THE JEDIS? I don't know what actual statistics are, but I am sure you guys are bending at the knees for a small group of people.
You've practically given them Godmode and are letting them play in a sandbox environment.

Does Mr. Lucas even know what goes on in this game? Frankly I am disgusted at the way the Star Wars franchise is being exploited.

The devs are wasting hundreds, possibly thousands of hours developing a glorifed gank/hog profession for a select few. When instead they could be concentrating on real issues, here I'll name a few... GCW; City/Politician Revamp; Smuggler Revamp; BH Revamp; Vetern Rewards (a ship thats going to be available to anyone who started playing 2 months just ago is hardly a vetern reward, what about those of us who have been with the program since the begining?); MORE CONTENT!

Let's not get me wrong... I still love this game, and will continue to play for now... but this nonsense has got to stop. Developers can you please craft this game with the people in mind? Because you obviously are not. And I can not speak for the other 275,000 players, but I think those who are not a Jedi are fed up with it. I am sure a lot are gonna start walking if this crap continues, I know I will if it is not addressed soon.

Bottom line, we are petitioning the developers to stop, rethink what they have done, rewind if they have to, and make this game more enjoyable for the majority of the players. The direction the game is headed is not for the masses. If you read your own forums you will see the hundreds of unhappy people posting threads, are you just going to ignore this serious issue?
