"I think a new arena is needed, but lets do it right and build something that can be used all year around. A multi-complex with indoor running track would be great."
"Build a new multi-use facility. Portage will only continue to have more people coming in from neighbouring communities in the future as other smaller towns facilities become obsolete. Private citizens and businesses could be a good starting point for fund"
