NFL Network broadcast announcers

As a fan of the NFL that is interested in seeing the sport reach an even larger audience, I sincerely ask that you replace the current NFL Network play-by-play announcer Bryant Gumbel. It is possible that it will be necessary to replace Cris Collinsworth as well, however replacing Gumbel is a must. The pair does not have chemistry as a team and do not add value and information to the game. The best announcers add valuable information, teach newer viewers about football and create excitement for the viewers who are casually watching. This pair does not have any of those characteristics.

I have no animosity against Bryant Gumbel, and recognize that he is regarded well as a sports reporter. However, that does not make him a good play-by-play announcer. I also recognize that Cris Collinsworth has a breadth of knowledge of football, but that may not mean that he can develop significant chemistry with another announcer. There are many other up and coming announcers that could be given a chance to make the play-by-play calls livelier and football information more interesting. Please give someone else a chance.
