NO ALL&#039;ACCORDO DEL 23 MARZO 2009 INTESA SANPAOLO GROUP SERVICES

I dipendenti di Intesa Sanpaolo firmatari della petizione chiedono a FABI -FISAC CGIL - FIBA CISL - UILCA - UGL - DIRCREDITO - SILCEA - SINFUB di ritirare la firma sull'Accordo 23.3.09 che ha sancito la costituzione del Consorzio INTESA SANPAOLO GROUP SERVICES attraverso l'applicazione dell'art. 2112 (CESSIONE DI RAMO D'AZIENDA) e di sottoporlo alle Assemblee dei lavoratori per farlo votare. Se non approvato di riavviare la trattativa per attuare il più favorevole istituto del "distacco" così come previsto all'articolo 16 del CCNL del Credito.
La nostra attenzione e tensione DEVE rimanere Altissima e chiedere costantemente agli stessi sindacati di interessare i rispettivi Segretari Nazionali a vincolare il Governo a recepire la normativa Europea, circa l'esenzione IVA al più presto.
