The Madison Metropolitan School District (MMSD) is planning to allow US Cellular to put up a cell phone tower on the Black Hawk/Gompers playground, between the school building and Wheeler Road. We oppose placing a cell tower on Gompers/Blackhawk School grounds. It's not good for our community or our children.
