No to Dominion Virginia Power's Rate Increase

We, the citizens of Virginia, respectfully call upon the SCC to please say No to Dominion Virginia Powers request for a 6.9\% increase in rates.
In 2008, the SCC approved Dominion Virginia Powers request for an 18\% increase to offset the high cost of fuel. The cost of fuel has decreased 60\% and that cost savings has not been reflected in our monthly bills. Why is an additional increase needed?
We are also asking the SCC to ensure that Dominion operates a fiscally efficient corporation that reduces or eliminates unnecessary costs and employs long-term cost-saving measures. Fiscal responsibility and accountability should be investigated prior to any consideration of any rate increases.
