No to House of Parliament instead of Opera House (Malta)

Dear Prime Minister,
We, the undersigned, feel that the idea of rebuilding the site of the royal opera house into anything other then a National Arts center is not only a dis-service to the Arts, but more so a dis-service to its citizens.
Although we applaud the the fact that something is finally being done about the site, WE DO NOT AGREE THAT THE SITE SHOULD BE THE NEW LOCATION FOR THE PARLIMENT.
Spending Millions of Euros so that a total of 69 citizens of MALTA can benefit is not only wrong but is OBSCENE, and we the undersigned will not agree to it in any way!
