"In the past, like several years ago, the Sheriff Dept would set out a decoy Sheriff's patrol car at Dorothy and Old Topanga. I even recall an inflatable deputy behind the wheel, locked in the car. then after a few days, switch to a real cruiser. BUSTED! I"
