Noisy Buses Need to Go!!







This petition is to serve as a general calling to MTA officials that as residents of Los Angeles we are demanding that they take action, by listening to our voices of displeasure, with the excessive noise from city buses. To be specific, it is the loud screeching noise that occurs when a bus departs from a bus stop. The issue is that now with a large number of residents living in the downtown metropolitan area and the way the buildings echo the noise, the sound is very disturbing not to say potentially dangerous to our ears. Numerous complaints have fallen on deaf ears, (no pun intended) and now this is the only action we have left to bring this matter to the forefront. It takes a village to address this problem and eliminate it once and for all.
