We believe that the new North Allegheny High School auditorium (Wexford, PA) should be named after Mrs. Christine Loverti. Loverti was a strings teacher who passed away this March from a vicious cancer. She created the North Allegheny Golden Strolling Strings, bringing fame and glory to the school district. She influenced the lives of thousands of students from 3rd through 12th grade. Loverti also traveled all over North America with the North Allegheny Orchestra, bringing home dozens of superior ratings from various musical competitions. It is the duty and honor of the community to name the auditorium after Mrs. Christine Loverti.
