ovom peticijom se trazi da sve institucije meni, Stocharu, uplate po 10.000 maraka 'nako, te da to isto ucine medjunarodne institucije. takodjer, zahtijevam da mi sva pravna lica uplate po 1.500KM a banke sa po 50.000 bespovratno!
