We, the employees of the Imaging Department, do hereby declare our firm discontent over the safety of our health due to excessive amounts of cold air in our department. The medical problems are well known, the most common being a sinus infection which leads to lost productivity.
We therefore request the IMMEDIATE alleviation of this problem by the Safety Department and Maintainence Department by fixing the air conditioning unit to the comfort of the employees of the Imaging Department.
