Online Petition to the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu to extend the services of our beloved Mr. R.Natraj IPS as Chairman of Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC)

Mr. Natraj IPS is a social reformer and one of the most inspiring figures of Tamil Nadu. He was a former Chennai City Police Commissioner and Director General of Police. He is an excellent orator and his love for the Tamil Language is unparalleled. Hailing from Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu, his contribution to Tamil and Tamil People is unparalleled.

He has single handedly revolutionarized the functioning of The Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) which was hitherto tainted with allegations of corruption and criminal misappropriation. Once Mr. Natraj IPS took over as chairman of TNPSC, more than 28,000 posts have been filled in a transparent and unbiased manner and Mr. Natraj IPS personally ensured this happened. He has committed himself to the poor and needy in Tamil Nadu and offered aspiring youngsters in Tamil Nadu a future. He has achieved the goal of recruiting ideal Public servants in accordance with the Constitutional provisions truly implementing the reservation policy to secure Social Justice.You do not need money anymore to join the government services. All you need is merit. This corruption free administration is all because of our chairman Mr. Natraj IPS. Furthermore, he personally receives complaints on his online Facebook account and answers every single query posed by aspiring candidates. The history of Tamil Nadu has not seen such an awe-inspiring officer and TNPSC now holds the distinction of being the most transparent organization in the country. This would not have been possible without the contribution of our beloved chairman Mr. Natraj IPS.

However, one of the former members (who was one of the main accused in the TNPSC criminal misappropriation scam which rocked Tamil Nadu in 2011) has petitioned against our beloved chairman Mr. Natraj IPS praying that Mr. Natraj’s services as Chairman must not continue. This petition is out of pure jealously as Mr. Natraj IPS has earned such a good name with the students of Tamil Nadu. Article 317 of the Constitution of India provides that the service conditions of the chairman can be regulated by the Governor (based on the binding advice of the cabinet ministers led by the chief minister) and therefore, the government has the powers to extend the services of our Hon’ble Chairman.

Therefore, we as hardworking students and being the future of Tamil Nadu must support the efforts of an honest and upright officer in his endeavors. Hence, we request all people of Tamil Nadu to support our beloved Chairman Mr. Natraj IPS by signing this online petition so that the Chief Minister understands the love and appreciation which this outstanding officer has earned from the people of Tamil Nadu for his contribution through TNPSC and renders him justice.

We owe him this and more for all that he has done for us.
