We belive that unsupported versions of Windows (i.e. Windows 3, Windows 3.1 for Workgroups, Windows 95, etc.) and DOS should be made open-source, so they may continue development by and for:-
Computer users in general
People with low-end requirements
People requiring a temporary solution
Hobbyists
Etc.
Not only would open-source versions be helpful to the public, but it would be helpful also to you and your business, as open-source software means that bugs will be found and rectifiead quickly (as you will have a larger developer base) and it also allows people to tailor it to their own needs, giving it a foothold above other products.
