We the people who love the Sierra Nevada foothills oppose, with the exception of re-conductoring (restringing) existing tower lines, any version of the Central California Clean Energy Transmission Project, constructed by any utility or by any utility's contractors, routed through or anywhere in the foothills of the California Sierra Nevada range.

The reasons for our opposition to this project are as follows:

1. Negative impact on the foothill environment and cultural resources;
2. Degradation of the visual beauty, vistas, and/or views;
3. Negative impact on our property values;
4. Negative impact on our quality of life;
5. Negative impact on our health;
6. Negative impact for visitors who come not only from Fresno County and California but from all over the world each year to visit our beautiful area.

We support clean and green energy generation that does not negatively impact ecosystems and/or land owners through eminent domain.

99. Jay H | I totally agree with the petition and I would like to add that I don't believe that PG&E has been completely forthcoming in providing information to the affected landowners in the proposed project area.
