The British Government has proposed to make it a requirement for the British spouse of an international couple (non-EU) to be earning a minimum pre-tax income of £18,600 to £25,700, or they cannot bring their partner to Britain.
Spread the word and protest! If this passes, a huge number of everyday people who are simply in love will be denied togetherness with their spouse. This is a massively unfair, xenophobic, and devastating law that has the potential of ripping apart so many genuine, true, dedicated relationships, and we simply can't allow it to go through. Families should be together, not miles apart.
This proposal has only just been announced, so the sooner it is protested about, the better. Spread the word!
