Opposition to paying $100 parking fee

The undersigned are opposed to paying a $100 fee for parking
The $100 fee is going to the following:
-Repainting the lines in the parking lot
-Buying new window tags or bumper stickers
-Paying someone to monitor the parking lot to check tags/stickers
Extra money cannot be used to help pay for teachers, which was the purpose of the fee in the first place.
Knowing the previously stated facts, the undersigned feel that the fee is unreasonable.
