I oppose the Equal Employment Opportunity Commissions (EEOC) lawsuit against the Kidmans.
Owners of small businesses such as R.Ds Drive-In should have the right to try to prevent the use of languages other than English from being used to insult, degrade, and mistreat other employees. Businesses should have the right to make sure that their employees are speaking appropriately and not being rude to co-workers or customers in a language other than English.
The federal government should not use our tax money to try to destroy the lifes work of small business owners by bringing lawsuits such as the EEOCs lawsuit against Richard, Shauna and Steve Kidman.
