Organization to Protect the Pride and Freedom of Americans so None Shall Experience the Pain of Oppression

In todays United states of America we elect officials who we think would be best suited to run our country. Now most people think allot of things when they choose who they vote for. They think of their opinion on this and that and how they have done in the past in lower positions or if they have a war record sometimes they think on that too. They think whether they are republican or democrat, and many other things. One thing allot don't think about is whether or not they will keep these United States free. Yes we have freedom of speech and freedom of the press and freedom of art, or do we? Often our freedoms are suppressed. This is almost always illegal but also almost always never punished! School officials, police, senators, and so on. The government is full of corrupt people (or mislead ones) that do things that suppress our freedoms. Well we often say, "thats the way things are, nothing i can do about it..." and deal with it feeling badly because we know we deserve our freedom guaranteed by the constitution. I've made numerous speeches on freedoms and the corruption in government killing them. I'm also openly outspoken to the organizations called ESRB and MPAA. Both have been used as assets to suppress freedom of all areas of art. These organizations in themselves are totally legal and i don't have a problem with them because they tell people how "hardcore" the things they are buying/seeing/renting/etc. are. But what happens in legislature starts using these ratings to help them suppress art by making it illegal for minors to see/buy/rent/etc. these things. Now allot of you may think "well thats a good thing!" but they also things to be cut from the artwork that the artists making these things so boldly dreamed. A great example would be the movie grind house, where the MPAA's rating system threatened to cause grind house get a NC17 rating. This rating would mean almost certain doom for the movie and some scenes had to be cut that the MPAA found to be too strong for an R rating. This is only one of many many examples where the government used the MPAA as a asset to suppressing freedom. How is this the government suppressing freedom? This is because the rating would cause it to be illegal to view this if you were under 17, and because of this the movie was edited and therefore suppressed by the governments laws. Again, this isn't the only time. I would like to show you now one of my speeches i used on overclock.net, this speech pertained to video games, particularly a new law that would make someone a felon to sell a game to a minor that was not old enough to purchase it. Take note it would place such a high felon on the seller that he would get off easier selling drugs!!!

"If you notice in the 1990s when video games started to get very violent there was a sharp decline of over 70\% in violence among youths. Isn't that the weirdest "none-piece-of-evidence" you've ever seen? Organizations like ESRB and the MPAA are causing legislation that breaks the constitution and a parent's right to decide what is and isn't right for their children. These organizations therefore are, technically, causing corruption in government. This in any other situation would lead to serious consequences for those who purpose the laws, influence the one who purposed them to purpose them, and anyone that can be called an "asset." Now why isn't this done here? This is because of the moral standings of the people who would normally punish these people. Because of their morality they think that playing a game that imitates violent things is wrong. Therefore their religion, upbringing of their parents, personal feelings, personal motives, and overall just corruption is causing these things to be let slip. Which, in itself is illegal because of the constitution as well. Video games are also considered art in every meaning of the term, they include branches of all artwork such as : drawings/paintings (textures), writing (code), story telling (storyline), and many others. Therefor they should get speacil protection. Now someone mentioned movies don't get this kind of scrutiny. Well they do, just not as often. Why? because these corrupted people like movies so they don't want this to happen. Simple enough and evidence in itself. Even those these movies are horribly grotesque and sexual they don't get anywhere near the trouble video games do just because these people enjoy them and don't video games. I'm going to start a petition and post a message when it is up (different topic.) I encourage you all to sign it if you believe in freedom of art and speech because today it is your video games they dislike, tomorrow its what you write they don't like, and next week you'll be swimming in communism.

In this speech I'm using communism as a term for the condition of where one has little freedoms. This, if you look at legislation and the staggering rate of those unpunished for breaking the laws protecting artwork, is looking to be our future as more and more legislation is passed that indirectly (and sometimes directly) limits freedom!! This is only one of my many speeches against the way this country is heading! This country was meant to be one of free peoples from many lands and religions with many beliefs and moralities. To be one where you could be proud to be a citizen of (and you still can but i fear in the future, maybe even within this generation, we will not be able to be proud of our heritage, we will not be able to say 'I'm an American and i have pride in this!!') Slowly we are heading towards this doom. This doom of shame in our country. Shame in the fact we cannot publicly declare our religion. Races with less prominence in the population cannot go into public with pride, or without fear. We must act now and save our freedoms. I want future Americans to know what it is to be FREE!! I want them to be able to yell their opinions in the streets and never have the government or anyone else yell at them and call them evil!! I was to see a country of free men and women that are not afraid of their government! If we do not do something now we will not see this... and we might as well be in a communist country. This is a horrible and depressing thought for me for i have so much pride in my country. I do not want to see her die, to see her become communistic.

So here is what i purpose!! We sign this petition and encourage all freedom loving Americans to sign this petition! And before long we will have millions signing and maybe even a billion or two (appr. 3 billion use the internet daily.) And what do we want?! We want a government organization which a citizen (and maybe even none-citizens) can appeal to if they feel their freedoms have been oppressed. This organization will look into it and see if this is a violation of their freedoms (correctly there may be organizations like this but they ARE NOT properly doing their jobs by any stretch of the imagination.) This organization will have overseers that are part of the groups that are most being oppressed (E.G. : African American representative, video game player representative, Caucasian representative, Professional Artist representative, and so on.) I feel such an organization may be difficult to maintain and form but the reward will be so great. Image a world where the government says something you say is not allowed and what you do is appeal to them, they review the case and punish the government official who committed this horrid atrocity. Such a great dream. LETS MAKE IT REAL! Sign below and support this. Lets get this to the doorstep of the government!!
