Overturn the punishments against McLaren

The punishments of McLaren being excluded from the 2007 Constructors' Championship, $100 million fine and being obliged to submit their 2008 chassis for inspection is completely inappropriate and unwarranted.
A similar situation as highlighted by Sir Jackie Stewart on the BBC website was not punished in a similar way at all;
"This isn't murder that has been carried out, this is something that has happened before and there wasn't even a fine or disciplinary action taken by the same governing body."

We therefore request that the punishments being imposed on McLaren are overturned and an apology for the manner in which McLaren have been treated during this issue is formally issued.
