Robert Belfanti about a paintball bill that is being proposed in PA that Prohibits anyone under age 10 from playing paintball at a commercial facility, Allow participants ages 10 through 12 to play only if accompanied by a parent or guardian who has the minor in full view at all times", Require players ages 13 through 17 to have written parental permission, Mandate certain safety equipment, including goggles, and Set minimum insurance requirements for commercial paintball facilities at $500,000 for general liability and $10,000 for secondary health insurance.)

My name is Matthew M. Sinnott of Erie Pennsylvania, I am fifteen and in the ninth grade and participate in many sports from soccer, track and field as a distance runner, swimming, hockey, and paintball. I attend the school of Harbor Creek Highschool. I would like to discuss with you about the paintball bill that you are trying to propose to Pennsylvania. I am completely against it and many other people to. By putting this bill into play you will put many businesses out of business. These new rules will drive away many teen and child customers. These groups are the biggest participants of the ever growing sport of paintball. According to American Sports Data Inc. Paintball is one of the safest sports at .2 injurys to 1000 exposures while baseball is at 1.4 and football is at 3.8. Actually 90\% of paintball participants are of ages 12-24 according to American Sports Data Inc. This means that you will be doing the complete opposite of what the state of Pennsylvania needs by imposing this bill you will decimate businesses and lose jobs.
