Palestinians deserve a country

As you know, the Palestinian have suffered and still suffering due to the injustice

and the aggression caused by the Israeli Occupation which has expelled millions

of Palestinians who became refugees living in extremely difficult conditions.

Despite the Palestinian real intentions and serious attempts to achieve a just and

a comprehensive peace, but Israel Refuses to achieve peace, by not ending its

illegal occupation.



Israel whose establishment occurred upon resolution 181 of the UN General

Assembly in 1947, and now after 63 years of suffering, it is the time for the

Palestinian People to be liberated and to be free from the injustice of the Israeli

occupation over the Palestinian territories. The Palestinians deserve to have their

own state to live in as all other people around the world.



Hence, we appeal to you and to all the states and nations to respond positively to

our people aspirations by admitting the Palestinian state as a full member of the

United Nations, which will be established on the border of 4th of June 1967 with

East Jerusalem as its capital, so that the Palestinian Refugees will be enabled to

return home according to UN Resolution 194/ 1948. This should imply a

compliance to the relevant Resolutions of the UN Security Council and General

Assembly which confirmed that all the West Bank territories including East

Jerusalem and Gaza Strip are Palestinian Territories which Israel has occupied by

force in grave violation of international legitimacy, UN Charter, The international

treaties and Human Rights.



It is the time now for the UN to take a just decision and to remove the oppression

through a comprehensive implementation of Resolution 181. A part of this

Resolution has been implemented by which Israel was established, and the other

part which provides and ensures the establishment of the Palestinian independent

state is not implemented yet.



Therefore, we request you as the Secretary General of United Nations to exert

your best efforts with all the countries of the world to realize the Palestinian people

aspirations in establishing an independent Palestinian state leading to peace and

security in the Middle East and the whole world, as we are looking forward to

gaining your support in achieving our freedom, justice, and the right of self

determination as provided by the UN Charter for all nations of the world. We are

forecast September 2011 as an ultimate equity prospect without any

discrimination.
