Many parents are being labelled as unfit parents by social services, just because they have a learning disability. There is no help offered to first time parents, and when we do ask for help, social services over react by forcibly removing the child putting it out onto the adoption within the year. They dont need the mothers signature to do this, as they can go through the courts instead.
