The Goverment says that parents are to blame for the way their teenagers behave but I have found that the rules say that children have more rights than their parents.I propose to have the law changed so it gives parents their rights back.
I propose to try and change this loaw for every parent so that:
If your child is staying at someone's house overnight and you have not been notified in advance that the adult of that householdshould be held accountable by law.
This in turn will free up the time of police officer's amd social workers and most IMPORTANT the worried parents as often then not we will contact police and who will in turn contacyt social sevice if your child is missng overnight socould I please ask if you would sign this petition and give parents their rights back.
