Au nom du principe de précaution, je refuse tout projet de construction sur le plateau Avijl à Uccle tant que lespace pollué de lancienne décharge communale na pas été complètement nettoyé, ceci afin déviter tout risque de mettre en péril la santé des personnes qui résideraient sur le plateau.
