On December 20.2008 The band called Patent Pending promised to it fans that they would play at least one show a month in 2009 within the city of Richmond Virginia. since that time the band has only played one show in the Richmond area, We believe to fully fulfill their promise to its loyal fans Patent Pending Should play at Wheels' end of Summer 21st birthday bash that is to be held in Richmond, Virginia at Alley Katz on August 29 2009 A show in which all Proceeds benefiting the Autism Society of America.
