On July 26th, 2000, a Parkersburg, WV youth was shot and killed by a man who had killed once and assaulted people many times...This boy, was my son, who was on a city street with his girlfreind, bothering no one. When a the accused came out of his house and shot my son in the face,...killing him and attempting to shoot the girlfreind....(Thankfully,the gun jammed) for no apparent reason. I recently put up a web site, and am being sent alot of e-mails regarding similiar cases....WE NEED TO STOP THIS NOW...BEFORE IT HAPPENS TO YOUR CHILD....MAKE VIOLENT CRIMINALS REGISTER, So we know who they are and where they are, at all times. I think everyone has the right to know if they are sharing their street with a murderer or a child abuser so they can be wary and have the choice to protect their children and them-selves!Good luck with this petition!
