We, the undersigned, as pattern designers/writers and supporters of pattern writers/designers, demand that hi-joy.com to remove all forum posts/threads containing copyrighted materials, including images and patterns. We also demand that the offenders (their registered users) to be terminated.
Their registered users have stolen patterns in electronic format and uploaded them onto hi-joy.com forums, without permission,this is copyright theft.
hi-joy.com has been informed of this copyright infringement via various means of contact, including their public forum, private message to the admin, and emails by affected patterns designers/writers, and have been given evidence but have not acted immediate enough to most complaints, despite the group being guilty of other copyright and illegal infringements.
We ask that the matter be given immediate attention!
