Petition against stoning, in Iran

Dear sir/madam


We believe that by increasing the awareness of international public and pressure of human right organizations, regarding to the continuously practice of barbaric capital punishment and ill-treatments of women in Iran, we can stop this cruel act against humanity. Beating by baton, arbitrary summon and detentions of women from 7-tir Square in Tehran, Raping of Dr Roya Tolluee in Kurdistan Province and many others female prisoners across the State, Stoning to death of women and execution by hanging in public, misogynous and polygamy, are utterly a primitive barbarity from a reactionary mentality of illicit ruling clerics, which is unacceptable in this 21st century according to UN human wrights charter.
In 2002, the photographs and video of stoning of four women were released by exiled opposition, as a consequence of international outrage over this inhuman and cruelty against women in Iran, the Islamic regime authorities were forced to ban the public stoning officially based on a direct order by head of judiciary department, Mr. Shahroodi, but it was never taken off practically.

Ashraf Kolhari, a 37-year-old, mother of four has received an order of stoning to death on the July 2006, according to Amnesty International. Islamic regimes state Department closed down the only centre of human wrights defenders in Iran on 03/08/06.

We the following signatures as a group of Iranian women from Iran paltalk voice rooms ask you to urge human wrights council to investigate the human wrights abuses and inhumanity actions in Iran independently, and stop it legally by an issued UN resolution. with kind regard
