Petition Against the Closure of Wallsend Memorial Hall &amp; People&#039;s Centre (The MEM)

We ther undersigned as friends of Wallsend and surrounding areas object to the stance taken by the Social Investment Business to withdraw support to pay staff wages after staff had already agreed to work and wages had been previously agreed. This has led to the Mem Hall having to close its doors. We demand that Social Investment reconsider and North Tyneside Council and Member of Parliament for Wallsend do all in their power to support the campaign to retain the building for the people of Wallsend.
