You know as well as I just how many talented people there are in Charlotte!!
This NEW noise ordinance will set back the efforts that I and so many others have worked so hard to establish. Out of all the things that we need changed in this city, the city wants to focus on a few people who don't appreciate the struggle that it took for this music to be played in the first place.. Don't let the few hurt the many!!! It's our responsibility to protect our right of self expression!!! Sign up and spread the word!!!
