PETITION. AUDIENCIA NACIONAL. SPAIN.

Having read that the Audiencia Nacional, Spain, following a request of the Palestinian Centre for Human Rights, has requested the arrest and trial of five Israeli soldiers and officials so as to judge them for so-called war crimes, and on the basis that all mankind is entitled to exercise similar claims, I wish to request to every Jewish and non Jewish individual to sign the following Petition, so that the persons mentioned hereunder may be
arrested for crimes committed against human beings, for war crimes and for serious violations to Human Rights

The undersigned, men and women engaged in the struggle against terrorism, we base our claims on the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, whos Preamble expresses the following:

Whereas recognition of the inherent dignity and of the equal and inalienable rights of all members of the human family is the foundation of freedom, justice and peace in the world,
Whereas disregard and contempt for human rights have resulted in barbarous acts which have outraged the conscience of mankind, and the advent of a world in which human beings shall enjoy freedom of speech and belief and freedom from fear and want has been proclaimed as the highest aspiration of the common people,
Whereas it is essential, if man is not to be compelled to have recourse, as a last resort, to rebellion against tyranny and oppression, that human rights should be protected by the rule of law,
Whereas it is essential to promote the development of friendly relations between nations,
Whereas the peoples of the United Nations have in the Charter reaffirmed their faith in fundamental human rights, in the dignity and worth of the human person and in the equal rights of men and women and have determined to promote social progress and better standards of life in larger freedom,
Whereas Member States have pledged themselves to achieve, in cooperation with the United Nations, the promotion of universal respect for and observance of human rights and fundamental freedoms,
Whereas a common understanding of these rights and freedoms is of the greatest importance for the full realization of this pledge,
Now, therefore,
The General Assembly,
Proclaims this Universal Declaration of Human Rights as a common standard of achievement for all peoples and all nations, to the end that every individual and every organ of society, keeping this Declaration constantly in mind, shall strive by teaching and education to promote respect for these rights and freedoms and by progressive measures, national and international, to secure their universal and effective recognition and observance, both among the peoples of Member States themselves and among the peoples of territories under their jurisdiction.

We hereby request from AUDIENCIA NACIONAL.SPAIN , on the grounds of the principles established by the Geneva Conventions which define the rules of protection of individuals in case of armed conflict, namely the treatment to Prisoners of war, and, on the grounds of the principles established by international agreements which repress and penalize crimes against humanity, we request the arrest and judgment of the following persons:


MAHMOUD AHMADINEDJAD: Iranian nationality, President of the Islamic Democratic Republic of Iran, for the following crimes he has committed:
Ahmadinedjad was in 1980 the main representative of the IUST, students organization, responsible for the attack to the United States Embassy in Teheran, where he led the hostages crisis ,violating the Law of Extraterritoriality of Foreign Representations and during which more than 50 (fifty) American citizens where taken as hostages for over 444 days within the United States Embassy in Iran from November 1979 to January 1981, right after Sha Mohamed Reza Pahlavis overthrowing and the Islamic regime was established.
At least five people among the imprisoned hostages have recognized the elected Iranian President, Mahmud Ahmadinedjad, as one of the kidnappers leaders.


HASAN NASRALLAH. Shiite chief, established in Lebanon, one of the main leaders of the terrorist organization Hezbollah.
He has incited and authorized wild attacks abroad among which those committed in Buenos Aires against the Israeli Embassy (25 people were killed) and the A.M.I.A (85 people).
He refused to give information concerning Israeli pilot Ron Arad who was shot down over Lebanese territory, by which he is considered a prisoner of war.
He sent a commando which attacked two Israeli military vehicles across the Israeli-Lebanese border
On July 12th 2006. At this place, eight corpses were found and two Israeli reservist soldiers- Ehud Goldwasser and Eldad Regev were reported missing. From that date and for 45 days on the organisation led by Nasrallah bombed cities in the North of Israel without any discrimination, killing 43 civilians, including men, women and children. For two years there were no news concerning the mentioned soldiers. Nasrallah mentally tortured those soldiers family saying sometimes they were alive, saying sometimes one was alive and the other was dead. Recently, in an exchange, he handed over the two soldiers corpses.
They had been killed the very same day of their kidnapping. The organisation led by Nasrallah took over by force the Lebanese government violating thus Human Rights.


KALED MASHAAL AND ISMAIL HANIYE: Leaders of the Hamas terrorist organization. They took over the Gaza government harassing supporters of the Palestinian authority government, arresting them massively, through torture and executions. Gaza Christians are systematically prosecuted, violating thus one of the fundamental rights, the freedom of worship. In 2006 soldier the Israeli Gilad Shalit was kidnapped. Up to now, no one knows where he is to be found or in what condition his health is.
They keep a deaf ear to the Red Cross claims to allow them to visit this soldier. (He could as well be considered a Prisoner of war).
The cities of Sderot and Ashkelon, in the south of Israel, are under a sustained bombing, in obedience to their orders, hurting and killing civilians by that action.

Following the above statements, we request to the Audiencia Nacional Espaсola and on behalf of Justice, that the above mentioned people be arrested, judged and condemned for the war crimes and the crimes against mankind they have committed.
