Mike Ashley has made countless bad decisions on behalf of the club and feels he has the right to do so as the outright owner.
Newcastle United however is part of the city's heritage and Mike Ashley's ownership has gone far beyond simply tarnishing the club's image.
The so-called 'business giant' has taken it upon himself to sack a large number of managers against the will of the fans. He has also made it impossible for the fans to have any say in any matters regarding the running of the club.
As sole majority owner, we as fans or any other individual are unable to buy shares in the club and take over ownership of the club without meeting Mike Ashley's ridiculous financial demands.
*Message directed at Mike Ashley: Myself and those who have signed this petition do not see that you are fit to run the football club. We ask that you put the club up for sale at a reasonable and realistic price and allow the Newcastle United Supporters Trust an equal opportunity to buy shares/take full ownership.*
By signing this petition, you agree that Mike Ashley is unfit to run Newcastle United FC and request that intervention is made on behalf of the fans and in the best interests of the football club or you request that Mike Ashley personally makes a decision in the best interests of the club and fans.
