Petition for Official Fan Club of Dominic Monaghan

This petition's purpose is as follows: To help me start the Official Fan Club for the actor, Dominic Monaghan. The fan base for Dominic is growing rapidly, especially since his role in "The Lord Of The Rings" movie trilogy. His supporters vary in location from country to country, state to state, thus the need for one sole source of the club. A place where fans can gather information on Dominic and just talk to other fans. I also propose that I, Rebecca Colby, be the founder, president, or some part of the staff for said club.
