President elect Obama,
In order to bring hope to the ailing souls of single and/or unattractive men across this great nation of ours I propose creating a cabinet position for Secretary of Internet Porn (SIP).
Duties are to encompass a wide range of public service, but shall be primarily focused upon validating internet pornography for our citizens in need of relief, free of STD's, Child Support Payments, or having to clean their apartments.
