Petition to bring back the old dining policies

As of October, 18 new policies at the Commons has made dinning tedious and unaffordable. The new policy that meal plan meals essentially cannot be used without incurring extra charges for food weighing more then 3 pounds is unfair to those students that cannot eat during regular dining hours. this is an example of everyone being punished for the actions of the few.These changes to the dining policy occurred overnight without students being consulted or informed. It is my belief that the old policy should be restored or students should be able to participate in finding a more reasonable solution.
