Petition to Enact a Pennsylvania Sales tax

The purpose of this petition is to have a Pennsylvania Sales Tas, (9-10%), which will replace property taxes. The sales tax will affect everyone living and working in Pennsylvania. And those who work here but live in another state will have to pay their fair share.
