On April 25th, kids from all over Europe and the UK traveled to London to witness the Descendents return to the UK after 14 years. People that had seen the Descendents were excited about seeing them again, and the crowd also contained many fans that had not.
The show began and it was evident that the singer, Milos, voice was shot. What followed was roughly an hour of black flag covers, various other members of other bands filling in for Milo and a general farce of a gig (what WAS the attempts at death metal?).
Whilst we understand that it was not Milos fault that he had no voice and we do understand that he tried his best, we feel that the show should have been cancelled there and then.
At £25 a ticket (£18 before you add on all the fees that ticket companies charge), we feel that we are owed at least a refund and at most, another, better show when the band return to the UK.
Some of us have great memories of previous descendents shows. Please do not make this the one that stands out the most.
