We, the undersigned, acknowledge that the dangers of putting golf carts on our recreation trail. We recognize that golf carts are dangerous vehicles that have caused injuries in the past, and will cause injuries in the future. We also recognize that if the Oskaloosa City Council votes to put golf carts on the Oskaloosa Rec Trail, they will be putting the lives of trail users in jeopardy.
