Dear friends, dear defenders of our ship
Our dear Ex-France, Ex-Norway and now called Blue Lady Liner left Klang harbour, Malaysia, on Saturday May 6th and is now making her way towards India where she will be dismantled.
Her arrival is expected on May 23rd, therefore we have very little time to take action and save her. But we can not let her be sent to the breakers this way!
This monument is part of our French and World inheritance but it will be sent for scrap by a company, STAR CRUISES, and its subsidiary companies like NCL. These companies have no consideration for their ships and their customers, and even less for the poor workmen who will work under intolerable conditions to dismantle our boat! Thousands of men will die of handling toxic products and working with no protection. The ship contains more than 1200 tons of asbestos, which means three times more than the aircraft carrier Clemenceau that India refused to dismantle.
We must protest and put all our heart into expressing our anger against Star Cruises!
Please sign the petition for them to know that we are ready to boycott their company and their subsidiaries all over the world.
We are still trying to find solutions and we will keep on trying as long as there is still the slightest hope. Thus we hope to sway the Star Cruises Company and to give a chance to our ship.

I agree with those who have signed here - STAR Cruises & NCL have an opportunity to show some heart for this ship and earn goodwill. It's not ALL about the bottom line gentlemen. The press is waiting in the wings to link the scrapping of
