We, the undersigned, appeal our Prime Minister to exercise the powers conferred upon you, to withdrawn Interlok text book as it was not in line with the 1Malaysia Spirit :-
1. The book focus on the Indian community issue which was not clearly explained of their history or background
2. Insulting the Indian community or any other community in Malaysia is not part of our 1Malaysia spirit value
3. Labeling a Individual or community as Paria is totally unacceptable for Indian community
We appeal for 1Malaysia Spirit to be practices and instilled in each individual Malaysian apart their race as we are 1Malaysian.
